Mom & Baby Movement
A Bi Weekly Session where Mothers can connect with themselves, their babies and with other ladies with babies.We work out, sing, dance and connect.
Sacred
Roots & Crown
Sacred Roots & Crown is an intimate self-care session where we honor your roots and empower your crown.
You will receive an intuitive card reading, have the option to get your hair braided or your locs retwisted as a ritual of care, and relax with a shoulder and neck massage.
A moment of grounding, strength, and gentle connection with yourself. 👑✨
Chant & Dance
Chant & Dance Session is een sacred space waarin stem en lichaam samenkomen als instrument van expressie en heling. Door intuïtieve chants, ritme en vrije beweging openen we een veld van verbinding, energie en bewustzijn.Een reis naar binnen, gedragen door de kracht van de groep, waarin je mag loslaten, herinneren en bekrachtigen.
